Make hot honey. Empty the contents of a jar of honey into a saucepan. Heat until hot but not boiling. Take off the heat and add the chilli. Leave to steep as long as you want until the honey has the desired heat. Remove.
Amazing on sautéed carrots, in dressings and marinades and to sweeten Asian inspired meals
